Hi Kelly, I live in Canada and was sent the Red Dog book as a birthday gift last year (2011). The movie has not reached Canada yet but I look forward to seeing it. However now that I know he did have a wife and children I know I will watch it with a different attitude. I am so sorry that you and your brothers and mother are not mentioned and I know that this has to so very painful. I hope you do write your own book one day. I would love to read your own personal details about your father and the red dog.
