		<description><![CDATA[If you change the licencing of your image on Flickr to “all rights reserved” or a CC licence with “no commercial use”, it does not change the previous licence you gave to people. You might have to go to court to remove the licence you gave (if it’s even possible), and might have to pay the people that reused it with your licence for the damage they would suffer by removing it.
